DELIVERY

Can I change the address after submitting my order?
 

If the package has NOT be shipped it yet, we can assist you with updating your address.

Once the package has been shipped, we are unable to change the address on our end. The customer will need to contact the carrier directly. Please note that changing the address while the package is in transit may result in a longer delivery time.

Can you send me a new package if my original one is lost?
 

It depends on the tracking status:

If tracking only shows that the label was created with no further updates, we'll resend your order or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

If the package shows as lost in transit, we'll help you contact the carrier and resend the order. Refunds are not available in this case.

If the package shows as delivered, we are not responsible for the lost package.

Duties & Tax
 

For U.S. orders, all duties and taxes are covered by us.

For all international orders, including Canada, customers are responsible for any duties and taxes charged upon delivery.

PRE ORDER TIMELINE

General Pre-Orders Shipping Timeline
 

Pre-orders generally ship in around 3 weeks. Timing can be faster depending on fabric and material availability, as well as current demand.

If you're placing a pre-order, we strongly recommend leaving the date you need it by in the ORDER NOTES, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Please keep in mind that pre-orders take at least 10 days. If you need your item sooner, please shop our in-stock styles instead.
