Refund policy

🇺🇸 UNITED STATES RETURNS 🇺🇸

We offer returns for US customers within 10 days of receiving your item. To start a return, simply go to the RETURN PORTAL on our website — no need to email us first unless you need more help.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached. The original packaging is not required, but please pack it carefully so it arrives safely.

If a returned item arrives damaged, worn, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund and will not send the item back.

Refund Options

Once we receive and inspect your return, you can choose between:

Option 1 – Store Credit (Recommended): Receive your full refund amount as store credit, plus a free prepaid return shipping label and a $10 bonus to use on your next order. Store credit is issued within 24 hours of receiving your return and never expires.

Option 2 – Original Payment Method: A 12% processing fee (5% restocking fee + bank processing fees) and the cost of your return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original card.

Note: Any purchase made with store credit can only be refunded to store credit; a second-time bonus will not be added.

SALE ITEMS

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check sizing and details before purchasing sale items.

Discounted and promotional items (including Seasonal Sale, Black Friday, Lucky Sale, Memorial Day and End of Season promotions) are eligible for store credit or a one-time size exchange only.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products, and gift cards.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges on our website. If you'd like a different item or size, please start a return and place a new order for the item you want. We encourage you to choose a store credit refund so you can reorder right away with a $10 bonus.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at help@chillfitrave.com so we can make it right. In these cases, we will issue a full refund with no fees and cover all return shipping costs, regardless of your location.
