International Returns
International customers are responsible for shipping returned items back to us at their own expense. You must provide a valid tracking number when returning your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached. The original packaging is not required, but please pack it carefully so it arrives safely.
If a returned item arrives damaged, worn, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund and will not send the item back.
Refund Options
Once we receive and inspect your return, you can choose between:
Option 1 – Store Credit (Recommended): Receive your full refund amount as store credit, plus a $10 bonus to use on your next order. Store credit is issued within 24 hours of receiving your return and never expires.
Option 2 – Original Payment Method: A 12% processing fee (5% restocking fee + bank processing fees) will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original card.
Note: International return shipping costs are paid directly by you to the carrier, so we will not deduct any shipping fee from your refund. Any purchase made with store credit can only be refunded to store credit; a second-time bonus will not be added.
