If you need to start a return, email help@chillfitrave.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
Each order can be returned only once, so include every item you want to send back in the same request. Once your return is approved, choose the refund and shipping method that fits your order.

How to return
- Email help@chillfitrave.com with your order number (without #) and the email used for your purchase.
- List the items and quantities you want to return in the same request. Each order can be returned only once, so include everything together.
- Choose your return reason so the team can review the request and improve future products.
- Choose your refund method. Store credit is issued as ChillFit Rave cash linked to the purchase email. Original-payment returns have a 6.6% transaction fee deducted.
- Choose your shipping method: a CFR label for U.S. orders or your own carrier with tracking information.
- Ship your return within 10 business days after the label or approval details are sent.
Common return reasons
- Outfit size is too small
- Outfit size is too large
- The style does not meet my expectations
- I do not like the fabric
- Package arrived later than expected
Return policy reminders
- Store-credit refunds are issued to the same purchase email and cannot be transferred.
- Original-payment refunds are processed back to the same payment method after approval.
- Return requests may be rejected if the item is worn, stained, has an odor, has damaged or missing tags, is final sale, or if freebie box / promotional items are missing.
- Unqualified returns will be donated to charity and rejected items will not be resent.

Original payment refund
Once the return is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. Please note that Stripe usually takes about 5-7 business days to process.
Ship on your own
Please send back the item with any carrier that is convenient for you. Make sure to upload the carrier company name, tracking number and tracking link.
CFR return label
Once the return is approved, we will send you a return label to the email you used to shop. Please allow us 24-48 hours to process. We will try the best we can to process ASAP. (This service is only available for U.S. customers. If you're outside the U.S., please arrange to ship the package back on your own.)
