Return Window
• US: 10 days from delivery
• EU: 14 days (cooling-off period — full refund under EU law)
• International: 10 days (you cover return shipping with tracking)
Item Condition
Unworn, unused, with original tags attached. Original packaging is not required — just pack carefully so it arrives safely.
Refund Options
• Store credit (recommended.) :$10 bonus plus free ship-back label; Credits will be never get expired.
• Original payment — a 12% processing fee (7% banking fee + 5% restocking fee) plus your return label cost is deducted. Refunds appear in 5–10 business days.
• EU orders receive a full refund with no fees under EU consumer law.

We don't offer direct exchanges. Start a return and place a new order — choose store credit to use your $10 bonus right away.
